Weekly Update - Week 16

How Far Along: 16 Weeks a couple days. We are now in the year that I will give birth! Insaneness :) and so udderly happy about it ...

Size of baby: An Avocado

Total Weight Gain/Loss: up +2 lbs ish

Gender: We do NOT know yet, still debating on if we will find out, one of those things we cannot agree on, however we have scheduled our anatomy scan for Jan 23rd ...


Movement: I think so, but it is very light feeling ... No hard punches or kicks yet - I mean I dont really expect that since the baby is only the size of an avocado!


What I miss: I will say the New Year's festivities made me miss my margarita's and midnight champagne toast!

Sleep: Sleep is still hit or miss, which I dont get b.c I never have to get up and pee in the middle of the night ... I just CANNOT stay asleep longer than an hour or so ...

Symptoms: I think I jinxed myself last week ... Morning - rather all day sickness back in FULL force! GAH ...



Cravings: Zero - still HATING food. Am I the only pregnant woman that DOES NOT want to eat ever!



Notes: Making a to do list! Lots of things to accomplish this winter and spring ... Excited for the all improvements and changes ... LOTS of pregnancy announcements, another big baby year in 2012 ... I think 5 or 6 friends are all pregnant .. CRAZINESS... but at least BW will have lots of friends :)


Best Moments this week: Hanging out with my family... Thinking about nursery ideas - both gender neutral and gender specific!
What we are looking forward to:  EVERYTHING!!! I HAVE taken belly pics, and MAN I look MUCH bigger in them than I feel ... I will post tonight :)

2012! Hard to believe ...

2011 was a year for the books ... Lots of good and bad happened in 2011 ... While I don't/didn't share a lot of it ... We lost dear friends, we endured lots of heartbreak ... There was some good times, and lots of bad times ... I learned that I can lean on my husband who will support me through everything and anything ... good or bad ... or just stupid (Yes I am the one who locked us out New Year's Eve morning and my husband had to break down TWO doors to get us in (WOOPS) ... He never said a word and was up and fixing the doors before I got up the next morning - The BEST!!!

2011 was a year to remember but I am hoping and praying that 2012 is a year to remember for BETTER reasons ....

Goals this year... I have NONE - I am going to just enjoy each day and pray that 2012 brings me a joy I have never experienced ... And a happy loving marriage ...

So goodbye 2011  and HELLO 2012! May it be the year yet :)
