15 Weeks

How Far Along: 15 Weeks a couple days ... Man tracking it this way makes the week FLY by it feels like ...

Size of baby: I have read everything from an apply to a navel orange ... so a smallish peice of fruit but growing rapidly :)
Total Weight Gain/Loss: no gain this week -- Amazingly with Christmas food - however I didnt feel well so I didnt eat all that much and baked goods are not appetizing to me ...

Gender: We do NOT know yet, still debating on if we will find out, one of those things we cannot agree on, however we have scheduled our anatomy scan for Jan 23rd ...

Movement: Um, well between the vommiting and OTHER issues I have, my belly is upset, I cannot tell WHAT is what in there ... Perhaps soon I will know the difference.

What I miss: Nothing any more .. the vomitting is slowly disappearing YAY :)

Sleep: Sleep is still hit or miss, which I dont get b.c I never have to get up and pee in the middle of the night ... I just CANNOT stay asleep longer than an hour or so ...

Symptoms: Nausea is going away - AMEN .. comes and goes but at least it is going :)

Cravings: Zero - still HATING food, but I am forcing myself to eat veggies, fruits and oatmeal - With a side of vanilla frozen yogurt!

Notes: Making a to do list! Lots of things to accomplish this winter and spring ... Excited for the all improvements and changes ...

Best Moments this week: Christmas ... though def sad since it always seems to go by TOO soon ...
What we are looking forward to:  EVERYTHING!!! I will take some belly pics soon, I have yet to take any - but I dont think there is much there yet anywho ...

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

For the FIRST time in FIVE years I am LOOKING forward to this Christmas... This LAST Christmas as a family of two (God willing) ... We are going to cherish Christmas Eve snuggled up by the fire, watching Christmas movies ... Going to bed whenever we chose :) Course this year I will NOT be partaking in the spiked eggnog or traditional glass of scotch :)

We have been MORE than blessed this year. This child I carry is truly a miracle and a gift from GOD. We NEVER in a million years thought this would happen. We hoped and prayed but our thoughts were, after SO many failed cycles - it just wasn't in our cards. We are estatic that other plans were in the cards!

Many everyone feel the miracle of Christmas this season!

Have a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

14 WEEKS! Say WHAT!

I have been debating on whether I would do these posts or not. I have decided YES so I can document this miracle in our lives. My husband and I thought for SURE we would never know what it was like to be pregnant or have a biological child. We are MORE than thrilled to be going through this journey together :)

How Far Along: 14 Weeks 2 Days

Size of baby: A lemon, 4 1/2 inches and 5 oz (I think per one of those baby websites)

Total Weight Gain/Loss: +1 ( I had loss a lot in the beginning, it is starting to come back finally, though
STILL vomitting ALOT YUCKO)

Gender: We do NOT know yet, still debating on if we will find out, one of those things we cannot agree on)

Movement: Um, well between the vommiting and OTHER issues I have, my belly is upset, I cannot tell WHAT is what in there ... Perhaps soon I will know the difference.

What I miss: Eating without feeling like a bulemic - My poor teeth are taking a lot of abuse :)

Sleep: What is that, not happing in the B household - at all EVER :(

Symptoms: It might be easier to list the ones I am NOT having, swelling - I think thats it right now!

Cravings: Zero - still HATING food, but I am forcing myself to eat veggies, fruits and oatmeal - With a side of vanilla frozen yogurt!

Notes: Husby and I have been holding our breath, but we ARE finally starting to feel like this is going to happen... It has been full of fear, anxiety, and lots of what if moments ... Now we are starting to feel more and more happy - still a long road but we are praying it works out in the end!

Best Moments this week: Hitting the 2nd trimester mark - seeing the bean on the screen hiccupping away :)

What we are looking forward to:  EVERYTHING!!! I will take some belly pics soon, I have yet to take any - but I dont think there is much there yet anywho ...

Is it true?? Is this REALLY happening to ME?!?!

I have waited and waited to announce this, I keep thinking if I say something - I will jinx it, but I think it is sinking in ...FINALLY

I cannot believe that it is finally happening ... 10 years together, 3 years of marriage, 5 years of infertility treatments, 1 last "try" = 1 blessed couple, expecting one BLESSED bean! We could not be happier ...

We are FINALLY into the 2nd trimester - now I am crossing fingers and legs that vomitting, nauseous, sleepless night and exhaustion will FINALLY start to subside - at least for a while ... Though after ALL we have been through, any sign or symptom that shows us bean is healthy and happy is OK by me!

Now if we can only agree on ANYTHING... It is going to be a LONG 6 months :) Baby B is due in June!
