Awesome and Awkward Thursday

I am "borrowing" this post from a few people I have seen do it... Technically I didnt link up with anyone but soon I will ;-)

Awkward

- I find the word awkward to be awkard -- just saying ...

- That I have felt hung over for two weeks it seems ... Whatever my body is fighting or NOT fighting is kicking my butt... I cannot WAIT to feel NORMAL again! Soon I hope..

- People in my office are way insane over Halloween. I love to decorate, feed kiddies candy and send them on their way, but the whole dressing up with out drinks being served - Awkward!

Awesome!

- Finding out WHAT is kicking my butt ... Dr. Appt scheduled! Perhaps some drugs will help me out ... Please I hope... and yes only the prescribed kind for me -- THANK YOU!

- Getting a weekend all alone with the hubby... We always seem to be go go go ... So a weekend without big plans! Super. We do have one Halloween dress-up party Sat night! Which will be awesome ;) Ssee I do like to dress up, but only during the witching hours and when bribed with alcohol ...

- Realizing the holidays are RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER ... SO excited!

Monday!!

I am happy it is Monday, crazy I know :)

I am hoping this week FLIES by, the upcoming weekend will be a blast and the hubster and I have some fun plans on Halloween (I am planning on playing hookie) Shhhh dont tell ...

Though I do enjoy every minute of every day, I cannot wait to hang out and party like its 1999 Saturday night with some besties ... in costume of course!!! and great food ... and some wonderful music (a great band is playing)

I am also excited to be skyping with my sister and nephew on Halloween Eve to see the nephew in the cutest costume ever .. My sister found a great Owl costume on Etsy for him and I cannot wait to see him in it ... She said it had arrived and was better than she anticipated. I will post a picture when I get one :)

This past weekend was ok, lots of chores, cleaning and being sicky ... Thankfully the sickies have passed and only I got them, (the hubster doesnt do well with sickies and I end up playing nursemaid, and well I dont enjoy that when he is ACTUALLY sick ;-) )...

So anywho .. everyone have a WONDERFUL week and I will leave you with a favorite quote ...

So What Wednesday!

- So what that I havent blogged since I got back from my San Diego trip ... Heck I didnt even get ON a computer for over a week! I was WORKED OUT ...
- So what for breakfast and lunch today I ate Pirates Booty
- So what that I had to retype Pirate TWICE b.c it just didnt look right ... and then spell checked (it was correct)
- So what that I am excited it is raining, that gives me an excuse to stay inside this evening - I LOVE LOVE LOVE my animals (all 9,999,999.99 of them) but MAN they are alot of work OUTSIDE -- and that is sucky when it is RAINING cats and dogs out... Granted I still feed them during bad weather I just dont HANG out and do OTHER things with them, ya know...
- So what that this week is DRAGGING ... Being OUT of the office for a week and then having a SHORT week (OFF Columbus Day, holler to the government, hey they have to make up for not giving us raises for ever) takes a toll on a girl ...
- So what that I am CHECKING off the days on my calendar til I get to see this MUNCHKIN again :)
